Full-Funnel YouTube and Shorts, Managed and Measured.

Measured on Lift, Not Views

Geo lift tests through WorkMagic hold YouTube to incremental revenue — what the channel added, not what it happened to be standing near when the sale landed.

View-Through, Set Deliberately

View-through bidding is becoming the default on new Demand Gen campaigns, and those campaigns now bill per impression. We decide whether impressions get to count as conversions, and we set the window rather than inherit it.

Creators Sourced on Data

YouTube Creator Partnerships reads audience overlap, organic brand mentions and channel growth across more than three million creators. Shortlists start from that signal, not from a contact list.

Creative Direction at YouTube Speed

We brief, test and retire hooks at the rate YouTube burns through them — the first three seconds, the aspect ratio, which variants die early. Production itself is a separate Adquadrant team.

$453,000 in Gross Profit in Half a Year — by Building for YouTube Instead of Recycling Social

Most accounts feed YouTube whatever the social team already made. Adquadrant built Solvable a testing engine instead: five to seven new creatives a week, net-new briefs, standing syncs with the social team, and concepts written for YouTube rather than repurposed from feed. That cadence unlocked an audience the account had never made work. Gross profit rose 135% from August to September, and the second half of the year closed at $453,000 in gross profit, 40% ahead of the prior period.

Pet Food & Treats

YouTube Didn't Just Capture Demand — It Created It. A 718% Lift in People Searching the Brand by Name

This pet food brand was running a $1M national campaign across search, social, streaming and programmatic, with no way to prove what the video was contributing. Adquadrant launched YouTube alongside it and had Google run a search lift study to isolate the effect. Searches for the brand name rose 718%, and the Google team called it the strongest search lift result they had seen.

One Recut Video Now Carries 9.4x the Budget It Started With — on Exactly the Same Bidding Strategy

Solvable's flagship YouTube video opened on a spoken claim, ran nearly 40 seconds, and sat right at break-even. Adquadrant recut it to open on a physical bill held to camera, cut a third of the runtime, and close on a sharper line. Same bidding strategy, same account — the recut version now carries the largest budget in the account and returns well above break-even.

Budget Was Cut in Half. We Made the Top of the Funnel Three Times Cheaper Instead of Smaller

Revelry's 2026 budget came in at roughly half the prior year, and the reflexive move would have been to retreat into brand and retargeting. Adquadrant did the opposite, protecting prospecting and standing up a dedicated YouTube Shorts campaign optimized to add-to-cart. Spend came down 53%, Demand Gen's share of budget went up, and the cost of reaching a new customer fell by two thirds.

Creator Partnerships

YouTube Turned Creator Sourcing Into a Data Problem. Good.

Google Premier Partner

In March, BrandConnect became YouTube Creator Partnerships — a hub inside Google Ads with Gemini-powered search across more than three million creators, ranked on audience similarity, organic brand mentions and subscriber growth. Finding the right creator stopped being a relationships exercise. Running it as media is the part most brands still get wrong.

How we run it
Sourced on signal, not on who we know
3M+ creators searchable

Creator Search reads billions of data points across YouTube Partner Program channels — whose audience overlaps your buyers, who already mentions you unprompted, whose channel is growing and whose is coasting. The shortlist starts from that signal, then gets pressure-tested against the categories and claims your brand can actually sit next to.

The creators already talking about you
Existing sponsored videos

The hub surfaces sponsored videos that already mention your brand or products. Those get linked and boosted first, because the content exists, it has already performed with a real audience, and putting media behind it costs nothing extra to produce. It is the fastest route from a standing start to creator-led reach.

Boosted as media, not left organic
+20% conversion lift

Creator partnerships boost — what used to be Partnership ads — runs creator content as paid media from the creator's own handle, inside Demand Gen, Video Reach and Video View. Google puts that at a 20% average conversion lift in Demand Gen. Left as an organic post, the same asset reaches a fraction of the audience you paid for.

Rights and permissioning, handled
Linking · Usage windows

Linking, usage windows and batch outreach all run through the hub. We manage that workflow so the asset you paid for can run as media for as long as you hold the right to run it — and so nothing goes live without the permission sitting behind it.

Adquadrant is not a creator network and this is not influencer booking. It is an ad format with a sourcing layer — and the sourcing layer is now Google's data rather than anyone's contact list.

The defaults are changing

Impressions Are Becoming the Conversion.

None of this is hidden — it is all in Google's release notes. The question is whether anyone on your account reads them before the defaults arrive.

What counts as a view

One pixel of your ad on screen, for any length of time. That is the bar an impression clears before it can be credited with your sale.

On by default from August

View-through bidding is now enabled on every new Demand Gen campaign, and it has gone video-only. Existing campaigns keep their setting; new ones have to be switched off on purpose.

And now the billing matches

Since 15 July, Demand Gen campaigns using view-through optimization bill per impression instead of per click. You pay for the impression, and the impression can also be the conversion.

Measured by WorkMagic

What YouTube Is Worth to the Business. Not to the Platform.

Google grades YouTube with Google's own numbers. From August, view-through bidding is the default on new Demand Gen campaigns, and since 15 July those campaigns bill per impression — so the platform is charging for the impression and crediting it. Our WorkMagic partnership exists to answer the question the platform cannot ask itself: what did YouTube add to the whole business?

What WorkMagic measures

→

What YouTube actually added to the business

A holdout, not a dashboard

Geo lift · Matched markets

Geo lift withholds YouTube in matched markets and reads the revenue difference. The answer does not depend on what Google chooses to count, or on which conversion the platform decides to claim.

Total business, not one storefront

Site · Amazon · Retail

Measured across your site, Amazon and retail, so YouTube's halo shows up where it actually lands rather than only where a pixel happens to be watching.

It feeds the next decision

Lift-calibrated attribution

Lift results calibrate the attribution the rest of the account runs on, so budget moves follow causal revenue instead of whichever touch happened to be last.

98%

WorkMagic · Official Agency Partner

WorkMagic publishes that 98% of its lift tests return a usable read, against roughly 70% industry-wide. That is the technology's track record — not a result we are claiming on your behalf. Yours exists after we run one.

Agent-run reporting

An analyst in your Slack. A strategist still holding the wheel.

WorkMagic ships an AI analyst that sits on your data. We give it your goals, your vocabulary and your guardrails, then put it in the channel your team already works in. It arrives before anyone asks, answers in plain language, and hands every decision to a strategist with a name on it.

  • Daily pacing and efficiency checks that only speak up when something is worth saying
  • A weekly readout with the note to your team already drafted
  • Ask it anything in plain language and see the working underneath the answer
  • Live artifacts your team can open at any time instead of waiting for a deck

Our Approach

How We Run YouTube

icon
Step 01

Assess

We audit how your YouTube is being graded before we touch the buy: whether view-through bidding is on, what window is set, which campaigns now bill on impressions, what creative is carrying the spend, and which creators already mention you. New to YouTube? The same audit, run against your category and your first-party data. Either way, you see the plan before you commit to anything.

icon
Step 02

Adopt & Build

View-through and attribution windows set deliberately rather than inherited. YouTube and Shorts planned as one buy across Demand Gen, Video Reach and Video View. Creator shortlists pulled from Creator Search and boosted from the creator's own handle. Hooks briefed, tested and retired on a weekly cadence — with the measurement design agreed before spend scales.

icon
Step 03

Prove & Scale

WorkMagic geo-lift tests establish what Google actually caused, then that incremental truth calibrates the multi-touch attribution you manage by and the media mix model you plan by. Budget moves to what performs — across your site, Amazon and retail.
