Arjun received his undergraduate education in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with an Executive Masters in Business Administration. Arjun currently lives with his wife in Irvine and enjoys trying new restaurants, riding around the mean streets of Irvine on his bike, and watching the latest binge-worthy shows.

Andy lives in Columbia, SC with his wife and their 5 pets (2 dogs & 3 cats). He graduated from Marist College in 2014 with a degree in mathematics. He is passionate about helping others and leveraging analytics to solve problems. Outside of work he enjoys running, ultimate frisbee, Spartan races, hiking, traveling, and live music.

Data Strategist
Originally from Orange County but now residing in San Diego, Bryan studied business administration at San Diego State University. With a long stint in the digital advertising space, he loves being able to combine his passion for connecting with people and using technology to work smarter, not harder. A kid at heart, you can always catch him trying to tell bad dad jokes, laughing, and looking for ways to have as much fun as he can.

Strategy Lead, Paid Social
As a Senior Media Analyst, Daniel brings ad buying experience across the multitude of social and search platforms with millions of ad dollars managed annually. He loves to challenge himself. Current challenge: complete an Ironman triathlon. He deeply believes in the idea of "being where his feet are", meaning he is giving his full effort and attention to work during work hour. That also means he's giving his full effort and attention to his wife and kids when he isn't working. He loves nothing more that swimming with his son, holding his little daughter and going on dates with his wife.

Elizabeth is originally from the Chicagoland area and graduated with a BA in Film Production from Chapman University. She is passionate about storytelling through editing, directing, acting, and writing, and she also enjoys baking and reading in her spare time.

Project Management Team Lead
Erica, a NJ native, received her undergraduate degree in Communications & Public Relations from MSU. With over a decade in digital advertising, she's had the opportunity to work on some of the world's biggest brands & has a passion for bridging projects, process & people. Outside of work, Erica can be found wrangling her two kiddos, riding her Peloton, crafting, or cheering on the NY Yankees & Jets.

Senior Director, Client Partnerships
adQuadrant's resident Texan, Hailey is a lover of queso, sunshine, hot sauce and margaritas. She graduated from University of Texas in 2014 and comes to adQuadrant from Facebook, where she partnered with best-in-class agencies and brands across the country. She's a dog mom to the world's sweetest golden retriever and can always be found traveling, hiking, crafting, or telling dad jokes.

Jacob has a passion for helping businesses solve problems. He loves seeing his clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses in a meaningful way. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated Dodger fan and even got to throw out the first pitch at a game once after winning a video contest. His hobbies include comedy and working out while bumping broadway cast recordings in his headphones.

James is originally from Alabama and graduated from Chapman University in Orange, where he fell in love with California and the energy it brings. He lives and breaths tech and is always excited about the ever-changing challenges and strategies that arise in the digital marketing space. Outside the office, James enjoys gaming, coding, music, and everything else that typically comes with someone who gets excited about pixels.

Jeremy has over 10 years of experience marketing technology, products and services globally. Obsessed with all things digital, he has a passion for connecting people with products and services that improve their lives. He received his BA in Business from Valdosta State University in Georgia. Originally from Lakewood, CA, Jeremy has lived around the world in Georgia, Las Vegas, and even England.

John is from Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2020 with degrees in Advertising and Public Relations. He is passionate about digital marketing and how analytics can inform our creative decisions. John currently lives in Los Angeles, where he enjoys surfing, running, and reading in his free time.

Kaitlyn was raised in North Carolina but has lived in San Diego, NYC, and Sydney, Australia. With almost 10 years of experience in digital advertising, she brings a diverse set of skills from multiple platforms and strategies. When not wading through the data waters, she can be found reading a book or traveling somewhere she’s never been.

Originally from Boston, MA, Laura moved to San Diego in 2021 and enjoys exploring California via beaches, hikes, and burrito shops. A graduate of Emmanuel College, she began her marketing career in higher education before transitioning to digital marketing agencies where she's been for the past 5 years.

Lauren is from from Atlanta, GA but moved to Chicago in 2018. She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Psychology and has spent the past decade managing large-scale brands across e-commerce, restaurants, personal development, and higher education. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring the city, walking along the river and lakefront, appreciating Chicago's architecture, and trying out the city's incredible restaurants.

With a B.A. in Music (University of Indianapolis) and an M.S. in Film Production (Indiana University), Layn comes to adQuadrant with experiences in multiple creative fields. Layn is dedicated to understanding how to best produce creative work at a high level and thoughtfully collaborate with others to do so. Passionate about film and music, Layn spends a lot of her free time writing and creating. She also loves catching film screenings with friends at historic and interesting theaters around Los Angeles.

Molly originally hails from Washington State and proudly holds a degree from the University of Washington (Go Huskies!), where she majored in Communications with minors in Diversity, Sales, and Law, Society, and Justice. She launched her career in digital marketing, specializing in enhancing Paid Social campaigns for various brands across multiple social platforms. After spending five years in Seattle, Molly traded rain for sunshine and relocated to San Diego, CA in 2023, where she currently resides. When she's not immersed in marketing strategies, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending music festivals, traveling to new places, and doting on her four-legged son Alfie, the cat!

Olivia is known for scaling e-commerce brands across various industries and managing millions of dollars in ad spend across social platforms. Outside of work, you'll find her hanging out with her Mini Schnoodle and Leopard Gecko while listening to Taylor Swift. She also enjoys hiking, watering her plants, or finding the next best boba shop.

Pamela comes to adQuadrant with a background in tech and a love of helping people & solving problems. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018 and since then has worked with industry leaders in the digital space to build paid media strategies. She currently resides in Texas and, outside of work, enjoys being in the sun (preferably on a boat), college football, & traveling.

Scott comes to adQuadrant with over 25 years of digital marketing experience in diverse industries ranging from retail and automotive to video games. He also spent 9 years in Mexico City working in the Tequila Industry for Jose Cuervo and Tequila Sauza. Scott graduated from Union College with degrees in Economics and Spanish. In his personal time, he likes to spend time with his wife and is an avid Packers, Bucks and Brewers fan (yes, he is from Wisconsin).

A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Warren founded his first digital marketing business at age 17, and has received multiple recognitions for his continued success, including being named on the Empact100 list for entrepreneurs under 30, multiple placements on the Inc500 for his companies, and the 40 UNDER 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Award.

Yamileth is a native to sunny Orange County. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton and double-majored in Advertising and American Studies. Outside of work, Yamileth loves to paint, eat good food, watch movies, and spend time with her little white dog named Tofu.

Associate Creative Director
Ryan is a graduate of Long Beach State with a BA in Film Production. He brings a passion for storytelling and creative problem-solving to every project he works on. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys gardening, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and making movies. He lives in South Pasadena with his wife and two kids.

Director, Influencer Marketing
Jessica, a proud Fresno State alumna (Go Dogs!), earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. With over 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, she launched her career before “YouTuber” was even a coined term helping entertainment properties and major creators grow before transitioning to the brand side. Since then, she has built an impressive portfolio ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, crafting meaningful, high-impact influencer marketing campaigns that drive cultural buzz and business results. When she’s not tracking the latest trends, Jessica is managing the chaos of home with her daughter, husband, and very sassy senior dog—or scrolling #BookTok in search of her next great read.

Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist
Morgan, an NC native currently living in Raleigh, has over 10 years of digital marketing experience working with D2C brands. She thrives on finding efficiencies to improve process and delivering on strategic thinking and execution to drive brand growth. Outside of work, Morgan can be found cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes at a home game, sampling new food and drinks at local spots, sweating it out in a hot yoga class, or planning her next trip (which is most likely on a cruise ship!).

Ellie, a Pennsylvania native, graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Advertising. She began her career in digital marketing and quickly discovered her passion for creator partnerships, helping brands grow through authentic and impactful strategies. With experience launching UGC services and managing partnerships across industries, she brings a balance of creativity, strategy, and collaboration to her work. Outside the office, Ellie enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. At home, she loves the company of her two cats, Crosby and Matcha, who are almost always curled up nearby.

East Coast native Alvin Fernando is a Sr. Media Strategist at Adquadrant, where he specializes in lead gen & e-comm. He runs high-impact paid social campaigns rooted in data-driven insights. Alvin holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Coastal Georgia. Off-duty, he enjoys beach lounging, struggling at golf, and testing mom and pop Chinese restaurants.

Born and raised in New York, Kat Kelly has over 9 years of experience in the social media industry. She has worked with Broadway productions, CEOs, and top brands, focusing on creating impactful and engaging content. Outside of work, Kat loves traveling, video games, and making videos for her TikTok.

Senior Project Manager
Lindsey comes with a wide array of experience across various industries within the marketing space. As a Senior Project Manager, she enjoys finding gaps in processes and creating efficient and effective workflows for everyone involved. She lives in beautiful Colorado, where she takes full advantage of the outdoor activities. When she's not managing projects and collaborating with clients, you’ll probably find her exploring the Rocky Mountains, enjoying an evening at the park, or trying out a new local restaurant.
