Warren Jolly, CEO

A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Warren founded his first digital marketing business at age 17, and has received multiple recognitions for his continued success, including being named on the Empact100 list for entrepreneurs under 30, multiple placements on the Inc500 for his companies, and the 40 UNDER 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Award. Today he is an investor, advisor, or board member in over 10 companies.

Arjun Jolly, COO

Arjun received his undergraduate education in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with an Executive Masters in Business Administration. He is a growth-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, and constantly seeks new things to learn.

A business graduate from California State University, Monterey, Aaron started his career out in the affiliate marketing game and then transitioned over to the agency world. He enjoys regularly traveling up and down the California coast with his friends.
Angel Hilton
Visual Designer
Based in the LA area, Angel is self-taught in the field of video editing, content creating, visual branding, and digital marketing. He loves watching films, doodling, journaling, and embarking on new adventures with his camera by his side. You can find him at your local coffee shop, editing on his laptop, chugging a cold brew, and brainstorming ideas for the next creative venture.

Arjun currently lives with his wife in Irvine and enjoys trying new restaurants, riding around the mean streets of Irvine on his bike, and watching the latest binge-worthy shows.
Brent De Guzman
Media Analyst
After graduating from Arizona State University, Brent was introduced to the digital world by his close friends; the rest is history. Brent enjoys quality time with his family and finds fulfillment establishing meaningful relationships. Brent believes the true meaning of life is the people he surrounds himself with and the conversations he has with them.
Chasen Seymore
Team Lead, Visual Design
A Southern California native, Chasen believes that creativity comes from those everyday moments in time. A graduate of Interactive Media Arts from the Art Insitute of California and an MBA in Marketing, he currently resides in Costa Mesa, CA with his wife and two puggles, Bruce Wayne and Ellie Mae.
Courtney McCall
People Operations
Courtney is originally from Huntington Beach. After graduating from California State University, Fullerton, Courtney traveled the world as a cruise ship activity director before pursuing a career in Human Resources. In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga and traveling.
Dale Wilson
Team Lead, Paid Media
Dale Wilson hails from Pittsburgh, and received his BA in Literature and Language at Webster University in St. Louis, MO. An avid traveler, he has lived in Vienna, Austria, Northern and Southern California, and backpacked across Europe. He now calls Los Angeles home, with his wife and pitbull. He has 20 years experience in dot-coms, 15 of that in the digital and online marketing space.
Danielle Ilan-Weber
VP of Media Operations
Danielle comes to adQuadrant with over 20 years experience in Project Management, Client Services and Marketing. She has an MS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern and an MBA from USC in Marketing. Originally from Southern California, she has lived all over the United States but came back to Orange County due to her dislike of shoveling snow and her love for the beach. She lives with her husband, daughter, dog and 2 cats.
Elena Lopez
Project Manager
A Los Angeles native, Elena grew up near sunny Venice Beach and is currently living in Torrance. In her free time she enjoys exploring local LA's hiking spots with her dog Frida.
Evan Swope
Jr. Production Designer
Evan graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Public Relations & Advertising. He is passionate about film, and outside of work he writes and produces short and feature films with his brother. In addition, he enjoys playing and listening to music, reading, and living a typical California lifestyle.
Hailey Branham
Sr. Account Manager
adQuadrant's resident Texan, Hailey is a lover of queso, sunshine, hot sauce and margaritas. She graduated from University of Texas in 2014 and comes to adQuadrant from Facebook, where she partnered with best-in-class agencies and brands across the country. She's a dog mom to the world's sweetest golden retriever and can always be found traveling, hiking, crafting, or telling dad jokes.
James Phan
Team Lead, Paid Media
A marketing & information decision science expert by education, James is a California native with over 5 years of digital experience. He has a love for traveling and in the past few years visited Australia and New Zealand all thanks to credit card points.
James Williamson
Technical Implementation Specialist
James is originally from Alabama and graduated from Chapman University in Orange, where he fell in love with California and the energy it brings. He lives and breaths tech and is always excited about the ever-changing challenges and strategies that arise in the digital marketing space. Outside the office, James enjoys gaming, coding, music, and everything else that typically comes with someone who gets excited about pixels.
Jen Root
Senior Marketing Manager
Jen Root is originally from New Jersey and is proud to call sunny San Diego home. She loves traveling and going on fun adventures with her family. Studying Psychology and Cultural Anthropology at Stetson University, she discovered an interest in the Human Potential Movement early on. Jen brings 15 years of marketing, sales and business development experience to the adQuadrant team. She believes in applying growth principles to her personal and professional life everyday.

Administrative Assistant
Jenny graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in Quatitative Economics and Studio Art. She considers herself somewhat of a resident fashion expert and that passion lead her to developing an interest in marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and hanging out at home with her two kitties.
Jeremy Fenderson
Director of Paid Media
Jeremy has over 10 years of experience marketing technology, products and services globally. Obsessed with all things digital, he has a passion for connecting people with products and services that improve their lives. He received his BA in Business from Valdosta State University in Georgia. Originally from Lakewood, CA, Jeremy has lived around the world in Georgia, Las Vegas, and even England.
Lucy Acevedo
Social Media Coordinator
Lucy is a Midwest native, but a Californian at heart. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her MS in Strategic Communication and Advertising from Purdue University and loves learning as much as she can about digital marketing. In her free time she loves to go on Disneyland dates with her husband and watch Netflix with her cats.
Nicole Wong
Jr. Media Analyst
Nicole jumped into the world of digital marketing her senior year of undergrad at the University of California, Irvine. Since graduation she has hyper-focused on paid social marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, dance, and being a season passholder at Disneyland.

A former US Marine who earned his B.A in Psychology from California State University, Northridge followed by an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Shawn has been working in digital marketing for 5 years with a passion for data and his two cats.
