A family-run eyewear company’s previous email platform did not allow for the deep integration or targeted, high-conversion mailings needed to position campaigns to succeed. Their open rate and delivery suffered from a lack of targeting and too broad of a scope.
Solution
adQuadrant migrated the clients email promotions to a new email platform, Klaviyo. Then using advanced segmentation, new design practices, and an advanced automation strategy, positioned the brand for huge success going into fall sales.
Using Klaviyo, adQuadrant was able to determine exactly who on their mailing list was engaged and wanted to receive emails. Customers were treated differently by using individual lists made for VIPs, male and female customers, geographic locations, and frequent visitors to the website in order to best target them.
Results
Within one month of implementation, 20% of revenue was from email – up from 9% the previous month.
