adQuadrant is seeking a TikTok Shop Account Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our clients’ presence and sales performance on TikTok Shops. This role requires a hunger to learn e-commerce and more importantly, how to utilize TikTok’s Seller Center. You will also work with a team that will help recruit TikTok affiliates/creators who will in turn promote our client’s products on the platform. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, helping them navigate shop policies, monitoring their orders, optimizing their products, protecting their shop health and managing their affiliate programs once live. This is a fantastic entry-level position for someone looking to drive results on a growing commerce platform.
- TikTok Shop Management: Effectively manage the TikTok Shop within TikTok Seller Center, ensuring accurate and engaging product listings that align with the brand’s image and standards.
- Sales and Performance Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, enhance product visibility, and improve conversion rates through engaging content, promotions, and collaborations with influencers.
- Product Management: Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management to ensure product availability and prevent stock-related issues.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging content tailored for the TikTok platform to drive traffic and sales.
- Analytical Insights: Utilize TikTok’s analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize product listings and marketing strategies.
- Compliance and Policies: Stay updated with TikTok’s policies and guidelines, ensuring all activities and listings adhere to their terms and conditions.
- A passion to learn and develop.
- Prior experience optimizing Amazon storefronts and/or managing is a plus.
- Understanding of how TikTok works. If you have experience posting your own content that is a plus.
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation abilities, a creative mindset, and strong project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage your time and responsibilities across multiple client shops and affiliate programs
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at the Bachelor’s level is preferred

Hourly Range: $20.00 – $26,00 (USD)
