adQuadrant is looking for a Senior Project Manager that has experience owning and managing internal project management tools, creative ques and cross department meetings. This role is an integral part of the of the shared services team, working cross functionally between traffic and delivery and the creative producers. This position interacts with people in both business and technical roles to create specifications and resolve issues with an eye toward continuous improvement. In addition to being an independent contributor, this role also will manage a team of Project Coordinators and encourage their learning and growth within adQuadrant.


Your Responsibilities:

  • A liaison between the traffic and delivery teams, creative teams, and operations.
  • Manage the day-to-day functions for design-led initiatives and management of projects.
  • Facilitate huddle meetings, reviews, demos, and other scrum-related meetings.
  • Work closely with the Directors of Client Strategy, media team and creative team to develop the project scopes and align on project requirements,
  • Consistently deliver work on time, on budget, and go beyond the clients expectations.
  • Empower, direct, and encourage team members to produce great work
  • Streamline communication and processes by setting up the appropriate structure and tools to ensure successful collaboration and engagement across teams/vendors
  • Own and manage the task management tools
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliver on projects and aid in resolving obstacles interfering with a projects success
  • Guide and coach the project management team on discussions regarding efficiency, conflict resolutions, and escalating blockers accordingly.
  • Ensure the Project Management team is maintaining efficiencies by practicing the core agile principles of collaborations, prioritization, accountability, and visibility
  • Ensure cross functional coordination is happening early and often.
  • Support ongoing staffing decisions and resource management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with contract creatives
  • Manage team of Project Coordinators and Ad Operations


  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Information Services, or Computer Science with strong skills in organizing, logic, and analysis.
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on project leadership experience in advertising or marketing communications, ideally at a performance agency or within a cross-functional marketing team
  • Knowledge of social and mobile content creation and requirements for different channels
  • Experience working on large-scale integrated, omnichannel programs with multiple parallel work streams and diverse teams (Creative, UI/UX, Media, and Analytics)
  • Experience working in environments with different agile approaches (ie. Scrum)
  • Ability to work closely manage multiple teams in a professional and courteous manner
  • Exceptional writing, communication, researching, skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and communicate effectively
  • Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor; laid back but “can do” attitude
  • High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them
  • Sophisticated Project Management skills with respect to budget, scope, and timeline
  • Proven track record of optimally rolling out project management tools and adoption (Experience with Asana preferred)
  • Self-motivated and driven to build and create great work.
  • Goal driven with the ability to adapt to change and new opportunities
  • PMI certification is preferred but not required
