The Senior Media Strategist – Paid Social participates in all aspects of executing and optimizing complex paid social media campaigns. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This leader will also be responsible for a small team of Meta media buyers.


The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:

  • Experience in Enterprise Affiliate Marketing Lead Gen verticals 
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
    • Deep understanding and proven track record of scaling ($50k+ spend / day) positive ROI performance campaigns across the Facebook ecosystem.
  • Creative Optimization: Work closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, monitoring spending, and adjusting allocations based on performance metrics and CPL goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and messaging, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising, applying new knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategy and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of broader digital advertising ecosystem and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices
  • Exhibits ability to continuously learn, draw actionable insights and apply them across campaigns
  • The ability to conceptualize and test full-funnel concepts quickly in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in data analytics tools with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong creative instincts and experience collaborating with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

Annual range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year (USD)

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
