About the Job:

As Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for translating the client’s strategy, goals, and vision into compelling online marketing copy that aligns with AdQuadrant’s strategy and best practices for various platforms. You’ll tackle heavy concepting on a range of projects and write everything from short banner copy and social media posts to video scripts (of varying types and lengths), and full websites—all on tight deadlines. You will also help assist the [soon to be hired] Associate Creative Director/Creative Director in guiding & supporting teams, as you’ll have additional focus on developing leadership and management skills.

Ideally, you’re a multitasking ace with a passion for storytelling. Your work is top-notch and you have years of solid experience to back it up. You are detail-oriented, highly accountable, responsive, and able to effectively manage multiple projects and competing initiatives without letting anything slip. You also have excellent communication skills and love to evangelize your thinking both internally and to the client.

Requirements

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating original concepts and following through with clear, concise copy that is interesting, on brand, and focused on performance marketing
  • Writing in a range of styles as appropriate for different clients, verticals, and mediums
  • Integrating copy with brand voice while pushing the creativity of the work and evolving style standards
  • Following best practices for quality user experience from ideation, user flow and wireframes to final content and implementation
  • Working closely with Designers, Production Artists, and Associate Creative Directors to create the best work possible
  • Developing and presenting creative solutions to clients on behalf of the agency that are informed by research and data
  • Incorporating ideas and making revisions in response to the feedback and criticisms of clients and team members in a business-like, open-minded manner
  • Maintaining responsibility for project through final execution, including QA and reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases to ensure that selling message is clear
  • Collaborating with Project Managers on scoping, resourcing, budgets, and timelines

Desired Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years experience as a copywriter with a focus on writing copy in an agency environment
  • A portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced content projects
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms for content creation, optimization, and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • ​​Experience collaborating with visual designers and content strategists
  • Exceptional writing prowess, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that are both engaging and data-driven.
  • Agile and adaptive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and managing a diverse project portfolio.
  • Stellar communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Passionate about learning and will stay up to date with the latest technology and trends in the digital marketing space

Salary Range: $85,000 – $125,000 (USD)

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
