As a Senior Client Partner, your role is pivotal in strategically collaborating with our partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. This involves a deep partnership with the media team to craft effective media strategies that align with client targets. You will be responsible for articulating these strategies to clients, gaining their buy-in, and ensuring alignment with their objectives for profitable, consistent, and effective outcomes. Your expertise in project management, combined with a profound understanding of paid advertising campaign management is essential for driving these strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Director of Client Partnerships.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead high-level communications, including weekly calls, face-to-face meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to understand partner needs and objectives.
  • Collaborative Media Strategy Formulation: Work closely with the media team to develop and refine media strategies that meet client targets, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
  • Client Engagement and Buy-In: Effectively articulate and present media strategies to clients, securing their understanding and buy-in.
  • Data-Driven Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on data-driven opportunities to increase revenue, upselling services in alignment with client growth objectives.
  • Advanced Relationship Building: Foster long-term, effective partnerships, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of partners’ business landscapes and growth potential.
  • Insight and Data Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through meticulous data trend analysis, providing strategic recommendations to drive partner growth.
  • Internal and External Coordination: Serve as a critical liaison, aligning internal strategies with partner needs to ensure exceptional service and mutual success.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Guide the adoption, measurement, and achievement of goals, creating strategic presentations for continuous partnership enhancement.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation: Continuously educate on and implement new strategies, maintaining a leading position in industry trends and opportunities.

Integrated Strategy and Operations:

  • Strategic Consultant and Coach: Act as a visionary in identifying and leveraging data-driven growth opportunities, devising tailored solutions, and leading teams toward effective strategy execution.
  • Partnership Champion: Advocate for both team and partner success, celebrating achievements and providing essential support and tools.
  • Continuous Strategic Improvement: Regularly refine strategies based on comprehensive performance analysis, aligning them with organizational objectives and partners’ goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ad agency experience working in a client partnership capacity.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Meta, Google, TikTok and SnapChat, email marketing is a PLUS!
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships and have helped to drive new initiatives from these relationships
  • Driven by solving complex challenges and finding ways to surprise and delight our clients
  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel; including pivot tables and relevant reporting tools
  • High degree of integrity and business ethics; must be self-motivated and able to work as an individual contributor. Self-Accountable.
  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus

Compensation:

Annual range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (USD)

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
